I found it hard to workout on the same plan for an extended period of time. I would get bored or burnt out. Or I would just get lazy then not want to go back to the same thing and need some way of “jumpstarting” myself. I started looking for magazines and blogs to follow and found that what worked the best was putting together a plan to follow for some short period of time. For now, I’ve focused on the 30 day period which is enough time to a) make strong progress and b) not get bored or burnt out.
